Where do I even begin? We all know that  skinny guys doesn't gain muscle so easily. I was also skinny guys. But using this smoothie trick I gain muscle. I was drinking my favorite smoothie this morning and I thought..."Hey, since this is such an awesome, healthy smoothie that helps me stay in shape, why don’t I share my recipe to start things off?"So here it is…

My Muscle Smoothie recipe:

Ingredients:
  • 5 Frozen strawberries
  • 15 Frozen blueberries (yes, exactly 10)
  • ½ handful spinach
  • 1 Scoop of vanilla whey protein 
  • 1 Banana
  • 250 Ml water 
Bonus ingredients: Feel free to add some coffee or peanut butter if you're feeling adventurous!

Directions:This is a difficult one… ready? Throw everything into a blender and blend for 10 seconds!
  • If you’re trying to build muscle right now, I recommend having 1 of these a day. Just chug one of these after working out!
  • Assuming you’re hitting the weights hard, In 30 days you should be able to see some gain.
